        "content": "<p>Speaking at the Jakarta Investment Festival (JIF) Summit 2026 on\nFriday (August 28), Investment and Downstreaming Minister Rosan\nemphasized that strengthening legal certainty and removing operational\nobstacles remain top priorities as global investors shift toward\nnext-generation sectors.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe next stage of downstreaming will not only focus on minerals and\ntheir processing but will also expand into digital infrastructure,\ntechnology, innovation, and industry, which will determine future global\ngrowth,\u201d Rosan said in a statement on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond regulatory facilitation, BKPM aims to improve business\npredictability, noting that modern investors assess policy stability,\ninfrastructure reliability, and long-term vision alongside production\ncosts and market size.<\/p>\n<p>Rosan highlighted Jakarta\u2019s role as a key engine of national economic\ngrowth.
