The Indonesia-France High Level\nBusiness Council was announced during President Prabowo Subianto\u2019s state\nvisit to Paris, France, on Thursday (28 May 2026). President Prabowo and\nFrench President Emmanuel Macron witnessed the council\u2019s establishment\nin Paris. Rosan explained that the forum serves not only as a platform\nfor business dialogue but also as a mechanism to drive investment,\ntrade, and strategic cooperation benefiting both nations. The council is\nchaired by MEDEF International\u2019s France\u2013Indonesia Business Council head\nand Danone CEO Antoine de Saint-Affrique, alongside Kadin Indonesia\u2019s\nChairman Anindya Bakrie. During the same event, Rosan revealed that the\ncouncil\u2019s launch resulted in four new commercial agreements worth $3.5\nbillion, spanning energy security, trade, and defence cooperation.\n\u2018French business confidence in Indonesia continues to grow,\u2019 Rosan\nstated.
