        "content": "<p>\u201cOne of the beneficiaries is Udayana University, as well as road\ninfrastructure projects and projects for the Indonesian Defense Forces\n(TNI) and the National Police,\u201d Head of the Bali Provincial Office of\nthe Directorate General of Treasury (DJPb) Supendi said here on\nSunday.<\/p>\n<p>He said eight institutions received development funding through the\nSBSN scheme.<\/p>\n<p>They include Udayana University, which received Rp100 billion (US$5.4\nmillion) for the procurement of office and laboratory equipment, as well\nas the construction of a laboratory building. Another Rp105 billion\n(US$5.6 million) was allocated for the construction and rehabilitation\nof the Singaraja-Mengwitani national road in Bali.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Gianyar Police Department received Rp4.26 billion\n(US$230,000) for furniture procurement and the construction of a police\nservice center at the police station.<\/p>\n<p>The Bali Regional Police Mobile Brigade Unit was allocated Rp20.37\nbillion (US$1.1 million) to build residential flats for its\npersonnel.<\/p>\n<p>Another Rp29 billion (US$1.5 million) was allocated for equipment\nprocurement and the construction of housing for the 834th Infantry\nBattalion in Nagekeo, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT).<\/p>\n<p>The Bali Police School also received Rp5.71 billion (US$309,000) for\nfurniture procurement and the construction of student accommodation.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Bali Provincial Office of the Ministry of Religious\nAffairs received Rp9.64 billion (US$522,000) for furniture and equipment\nprocurement, as well as the construction of the Sukasada Religious\nAffairs Office.<\/p>\n<p>The central government realized state spending of Rp8.68 trillion\n(US$470 million) in Bali during the January-May 2026 period, equivalent\nto 41.84 percent of the allocated budget ceiling of Rp20.7 trillion\n(US$1.1 billion).<\/p>\n<p>SBSN, also known as Sovereign Sukuk, are government securities issued\nin accordance with Sharia principles.
