The Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasised\nthat such actions contradict humanitarian principles and represent a\nclear violation of international law.<\/p>\n<p>It was previously reported that authorities, including members of the\nIsraeli government cabinet, engaged in violence and inhumane treatment\nagainst the GSF 2.0 volunteers. The Spokesperson for the Indonesian\nMinistry of Foreign Affairs, Yvonne Mewengkang, stated that the\ngovernment is continuously monitoring the condition of the detained\nIndonesian citizens and is preparing various anticipatory measures to\nensure their safety.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Indonesian government and relevant representatives are\ncontinuously monitoring the condition and whereabouts of the Indonesian\ncitizens and are preparing the necessary anticipatory steps,\u201d Yvonne\nsaid during a press conference on Thursday (21\/5\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Yvonne emphasised that the Indonesian government has coordinated with\nvarious parties, including relevant authorities, to ensure consular\naccess for the detained citizens.
