The government is advancing this through the development of the Perfume, Fragrance, and Flavor (PFF) hub in Bali, which focuses on downstream processing of raw materials into high-value products like perfumes, cosmetics, and spa items, capitalizing on the booming tourism and healthy lifestyle trends.
