        "content": "<p>The continuous growth of the domestic crypto asset industry is deemed\nto require a balance with aspects of literacy, security, governance, and\nconsumer protection to ensure the industry\u2019s long-term\nsustainability.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Marketing Officer of Indodax, Aloysia Dian, stated that crypto\nasset trading activity in Indonesia continues to show growth, as\nevidenced by Financial Services Authority (OJK) data. The value of\ncrypto asset trading transactions reached Rp17lag1.12 trillion from\nJanuary to July 2026, with the number of crypto asset consumer accounts\nreaching 22.93 million.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis growth reflects the widening participation of the public in the\ncrypto asset ecosystem; however, the development of the crypto industry\nneeds to be followed by an increase in public understanding,\u201d she said\nin a statement in Jakarta on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>According to her, the quality of service and user experience are also\nintegral to the efforts of building trust in crypto asset platforms.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe growth of the crypto industry needs to go hand in hand with\nincreased literacy and service quality,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, the company aims to continue providing a platform that is\nincreasingly accessible, secure, and transparent, while supporting the\npublic in understanding crypto assets more wisely.<\/p>\n<p>Aloysia added that the company conducts educational programmes\nthrough Indodax Academy. These programmes include learning materials,\nclasses, and digital content, as well as collaborations with communities\nand institutions. The educational materials are designed to help the\npublic understand crypto assets and blockchain technology.<\/p>\n<p>In relation to this, PT Indodax Nasional Indonesia received the\nDisway Awards 2026 \u2013 Trusted &amp; Popular Brand 2026 in the Crypto\nExchange category.<\/p>\n<p>The company serves more than 10 million members out of the total\n22.93 million crypto asset consumer accounts in Indonesia as of July\n2026.<\/p>\n<p>Aloysia noted that the award serves as motivation for the company to\nmaintain service quality while strengthening security, innovation, and\neducation.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, in April, Indodax received two awards at the Most Trusted\nFinancial Brand Awards 2026 organised by InvestorTrust.
