        "content": "<p>The hearing for the indictment of the Director General of Informatics\nApplications (Aptika) at the Ministry of Communication and Informatics\n(Kemenkominfo) for the period 2016-2024, Semuel Abrijani Pangerapan,\nregarding the corruption case involving Kemenkominfo civil servants, has\nbeen postponed until tomorrow, Thursday (26 February). The hearing was\npostponed because the prosecutor was not yet ready with the\nindictment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo, it will be tomorrow, and it will still be the indictment from\nthe Public Prosecutor,\u201d said the head of the panel of judges, Lucy\nErmawati, at the Jakarta Central Corruption Court on Wednesday (25\nFebruary 2026).<\/p>\n<p>The postponement of the indictment hearing also applies to the other\nfour defendants in this case. The judge then adjourned the hearing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe defendants will remain in custody, the hearing is adjourned,\u201d\nthe judge concluded.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, the indictment hearing for Semuel Abrijani Pangerapan was\nheld at the Jakarta Corruption Court on Monday (10 November 2025). The\nprosecutor charged Semuel and the other four defendants with causing\nstate losses amounting to Rp 140.86 billion in connection with the\nalleged corruption case in the procurement of goods and services and the\nmanagement of the National Data Centre (PDNS) at Kemenkominfo for the\nperiod 2020-2022.<\/p>\n<p>The prosecutor stated that this corruption was allegedly committed by\nSemuel by abusing his authority to enrich PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta by\nthe amount of the state losses and by receiving bribes amounting to Rp 6\nbillion. The other four defendants in this case are:<\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li><p>Director of Business at PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta for the period\n2014-2022, Alfi Asman.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Director of Government Informatics Application Services at the\nDirectorate General of Aptika, Kemenkominfo, for the period 2019-2023,\nBambang Dwi Anggono.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Nova Zanda, as the Commitment-Making Officer (PPK) in the\nprocurement of goods or services and the management of PDNS at\nKemenkominfo for the period 2020-2022.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Pini Panggar Agusti, as the Account Manager at PT Dokotel\nTeknologi for the period 2017-2021.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u201cCommitting or participating in an act of unlawful conduct, namely\ncommitting an act, enriching oneself or another person, or a\ncorporation, namely PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta, which harms the state\u2019s\nfinances or economy by Rp 140,858,124,470 (140.8 billion),\u201d said the\nprosecutor while reading the indictment.<\/p>\n<p>(mib\/yld)<\/p>",
