Essential Public Services Must Continue to Operate<\/p>\n
The circular letter also gives special attention to government\nagencies, public institutions, and private companies that provide direct\nservices to the public. The sectors mentioned include health, banking,\ntelecommunications, energy, security, public order, transport, and other\nessential services.<\/p>\n
\u201cSpecifically for government agencies, public institutions, or\nprivate companies that function to provide direct services to the\npublic, including but not limited to health services, banking,\ntelecommunications, energy, security, public order, transport, and other\nessential services, please always arrange the assignment of employees\nproportionally to ensure that services to the public continue to run\noptimally,\u201d reads the third point of the circular letter.<\/p>\n
This means that work arrangements must still consider the needs of\npublic services. Staffing assignments in direct service sectors are\nrequested to be arranged proportionally so that service activities\ncontinue to run optimally.<\/p>\n
