        "content": "<p>Inco gets new president<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): PT Intercontinental Nickel Indonesia (Inco)<br>\nannounced yesterday that Rumengan Sumu will replace James D.<br>\nGuiry on Sept. 1 as its new president and chief executive<br>\nofficer.<\/p>\n<p>The company said in a statement here that M.V. Wyshynski, in<br>\nturn, will replace Sumu as senior vice president and chief<br>\noperating officer, based at the company's nickel mining site in<br>\nSoroako, southern Sulawesi.<\/p>\n<p>The company also announced the appointment of B.R. Tobing as<br>\nvice president for production and A.C. Daenuwy as vice president<br>\nfor technical services.<\/p>\n<p>Inco, a subsidiary of Inco Limited of Canada, is listed on the<br>\nJakarta and Surabaya stock exchanges.<\/p>\n<p>Inco reported a recent surge in its net profit for the first<br>\nsix months of 1995 to $39 million from $16.1 million in the<br>\ncorresponding period of 1994.(riz)<\/p>",
