Jakarta, VIVA \u2013 Prihati Pujowaskito has been inaugurated as President\nDirector of BPJS Kesehatan for the 2026-2031 term. Prihati expressed\ngratitude for receiving the significant mandate to lead the national\nhealth insurance agency.<\/p>\n
\u201cI feel I have received a great mandate,\u201d Prihati told reporters at\nthe Office of the Coordinating Ministry for Community Empowerment on\nFriday, 20 February 2026.<\/p>\n
Prihati conveyed her thanks to President Prabowo Subianto for\nappointing her as President Director of BPJS Kesehatan.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe extend our gratitude to the President for issuing the assignment\ndirective, and naturally to the previous board of directors and\nsupervisory board who laid a solid foundation for this programme. We\nshall continue what has been done well,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
On the occasion, Prihati affirmed that she would carry out her new\nrole and duties as President Director of BPJS Kesehatan to the best of\nher ability, in pursuit of optimal service for the public.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are ready to execute this duty with full responsibility and are\nprepared to work hard for services that are accessible, swift and\naccurate,\u201d Prihati concluded.<\/p>\n
Coordinating Minister for Community Empowerment Muhaimin Iskandar,\ncommonly known as Cak Imin, inaugurated the new Supervisory Board and\nBoard of Directors of both BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan for\nthe 2026-2031 term.<\/p>\n
The inauguration was based on Presidential Decrees No.\u00a017\/P of 2026\nand No.\u00a018\/P of 2026 concerning the dismissal and appointment of\nSupervisory Board and Board of Directors members for both\ninstitutions.<\/p>\n
The position of President Director of BPJS Kesehatan for the\n2026-2031 term has been entrusted to Prihati Pujowaskito, whilst Saiful\nHidayat has been appointed President Director of BPJS\nKetenagakerjaan.<\/p>\n
Cak Imin expressed gratitude and optimism regarding the leadership\ntransition at BPJS, which serves as the spearhead of the national social\nsecurity system.<\/p>\n
According to him, in line with the spirit of Presidential Instruction\n8\/2025, social security is a crucial instrument for improving public\nwelfare.<\/p>\n
