This existential\nchallenge demands a change in the function of instructors into\nfacilitators who are able to humanise people in a complete manner.\nWithout a real shift in the role of educators, our position will be\neroded by artificial intelligence, which is faster at delivering\nmaterial. Through the transformation of the teacher into an integrative\nfigure, we can align the affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects\nof students. This comprehensive reorientation process for teachers must\nbegin by touching the deepest part of the human being, namely the 3H\naspect. The 3H aspect (Heart, Head, Hand), an idea from Prof.\u00a0Hari\nWahyono, is the main pillar in building holistic education. The\napplication of the 3H aspect begins by touching the Heart as the\nfoundation of character to foster a love of learning. After the heart is\nmoved, the 3H dimension continues with the development of the Head\n(reason) so that intellectual intelligence remains under the control of\nconscience. The pinnacle of 3H harmony is the actualisation of the Hand,\nwhere students produce real, solution-oriented work for society. This\nsynergy within the 3H concept ensures that schools become laboratories\nfor human growth. Complete human growth in the school environment can\nonly be achieved if the cognitive aspect is not separated from personal\nintegrity. Teachers must realise that the main focus of education is to\nfacilitate the development of individuals so that they do not merely\nbecome memorisers of abstract theories. Every curriculum and teaching\nmethod must be designed to support the growth of human beings who\npossess both technical competence and social sensitivity. By\nprioritising the process of human ennoblement, education functions as a\nholistic process that humanises students in facing the challenges of the\ntimes. Success in guiding this human growth is what ultimately cements\nthe teacher\u2019s position as a pillar of civilisation. A pillar of\ncivilisation will never stand firm if educators still position\nthemselves merely as couriers who deliver material without touching the\nsoul. Being a pillar of civilisation requires teachers to bear a moral\nresponsibility that goes beyond face-to-face hours in the classroom. The\nexistence of the teacher as a support of civilisation is tested by their\nability to be an inspiring living role model, not just a digital\nacademic score processing machine. When instructors are able to act as\ntrue pillars of civilisation, the essence of education that humanises\npeople will truly come alive. Therefore, a deep commitment to being a\npillar of civilisation for the generation is the main key to realising a\nnew direction for the transformation of the teacher\u2019s role.<\/p>",
