        "content": "<p>BANDAR LAMPUNG \u2014 The Regional Office of Customs (Kanwil) for the West\nSumatran Region (Sumbagbar) has issued a bonded zone facility licence to\nPT LDC Indonesia for Line 1, located in Lampung Province.<\/p>\n<p>The issuance of the licence forms part of the government\u2019s efforts to\nsupport industrial downstream integration and strengthen national\nindustry competitiveness. The symbolic handover of the licence was\nconducted through the signing of a certificate by Parjiya, Acting Head\nof the Sumbagbar Customs Regional Office. With the issuance of this\nlicence, all operational lines of PT LDC Indonesia are now situated\nwithin an integrated bonded zone ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, PT LDC Indonesia obtained bonded zone facility licences\nfor Line 3 as a production facility and Line 2 as a storage facility\nunder a special separate location scheme. The addition of Line 1 under\nthe same scheme completes the company\u2019s facility arrangements, enabling\nthe entire production chain from upstream to downstream to operate\nwithin an integrated system.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to licence issuance, PT LDC Indonesia presented its business\nprocess to the Sumbagbar Customs Regional Office as part of the bonded\nzone facility application process. This activity aimed to ensure that\nall manufacturing activities complied with applicable customs\nregulations and standards.<\/p>\n<p>Parjiya stated that the provision of this facility represents\ngovernment support in creating a conducive investment climate and\nenhancing export-oriented industry performance. According to him,\ncooperation between the government and business actors is an important\nfactor in strengthening national industry competitiveness.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith the integration of all production lines within the bonded zone\nfacility, it is hoped that the company\u2019s operational processes will be\nmore efficient and able to make a greater contribution to both regional\nand national economic growth,\u201d he said in a statement on Tuesday, 10\nMarch 2026.<\/p>\n<p>PT LDC Indonesia also expressed its commitment to continuously\nimprove operational efficiency and strengthen competitiveness in the\nglobal market.
