        "content": "<p>JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Whiterabit, a nightclub in the Pantai Indah\nKapuk (PIK) area, Kapuk Muara, Penjaringan, North Jakarta, became the\ntarget of sealing and business licence revocation by the DKI Jakarta\nProvincial Government on Thursday (23\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>The nightclub is suspected to be part of a narcotics distribution\nnetwork supplied by Andre Fernando alias The Doctor.<\/p>\n<p>Kasie Penyidikan dan Tindak Internal Satpol PP DKI Jakarta, Henny\nYusfida, explained that her side installed banners and closure stickers\nor business activity cessation at Whiterabit.<\/p>\n<p>The enforcement against Whiterabit stemmed from a case uncovered by\nthe police.<\/p>\n<p>Henny stated that the case relates to narcotics circulation in night\nentertainment venues, uncovered by the Narcotics Crime Directorate of\nBareskrim Polri at the end of March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn the series of case developments, searches were conducted at\nseveral White Rabbit business locations, one of which is in Pantai Indah\nKapuk (PIK), North Jakarta,\u201d said Henny.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSubsequently, in early April 2026, Bareskrim Polri issued an\nofficial release regarding the uncovering of the case along with the\narrest of the perpetrators and evidence,\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n<p>After that, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government through the Tourism\nand Creative Economy Agency (Disparekraf) conducted supervision,\nmonitoring, and evaluation of the business.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFrom the results of the supervision and evaluation, it was found\nthat White Rabbit PIK\u2019s business activities violated Article 54 of the\nJakarta Governor Regulation No.\u00a018 of 2018 on the Implementation of\nTourism Businesses,\u201d said Henny.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSubsequently, the proposal was followed up by the DKI Jakarta\nProvincial Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Agency on 10\nApril 2026 through the Business Licence Revocation Notification Letter\nin the name of PT Pribadi Utama Mandiri with Business Identification\nNumber 0908220019155,\u201d she revealed.<\/p>\n<p>Henny added that the licence revocation was carried out for all types\nof businesses operating at the location.<\/p>\n<p>The revocation process was carried out in stages on 8\u20139 April 2026\naccording to each authority.<\/p>\n<p>She also mentioned that Disparekraf DKI had sent a closure\nrecommendation letter to Satpol PP on Monday (20\/4\/2026).<\/p>",
