        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Illegal Financial Activities Eradication Task\nForce (Satgas PASTI) has halted the business operations of AMG Pantheon\nand Mbastack Periklanan Kreatif Terbatas (MBA) on suspicion of\ncommitting fraud through impersonation, or the misuse of licensed\nforeign company names.<\/p>\n<p>Satgas PASTI Secretariat Chairman Hudiyanto stated that in addition\nto ceasing business operations, the task force would also block access\nto the associated applications and\/or URLs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSatgas PASTI will also coordinate with law enforcement authorities\nfor further enforcement action,\u201d Hudiyanto said in a statement in\nJakarta on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Pantheon Ventures does not conduct crypto asset trading activities in\nIndonesia and has no connection to the entity operating under the name\nAMG Pantheon.<\/p>\n<p>Based on clarification and verification findings, AMG Pantheon\u2019s\nactivities in Indonesia are indicated to involve a fraud scheme through\nan application used to offer daily trading activities suspected of being\nfictitious.<\/p>\n<p>AMG Pantheon was found to be conducting business activities that do\nnot comply with the licence issued by the Ministry of Investment and\nDownstreaming\/BKPM, and the application\/website used is not registered\nas an Electronic System Operator (PSE) with the Ministry of\nCommunications and Digital Affairs.<\/p>",
