The initiative aims to strengthen\ncoordination, synergy, and the utilisation of immigration data to\nsupport the execution of government duties and public services. \u201cThis\nsocialisation serves as a platform to convey information regarding the\nservices and utilisation of immigration data,\u201d said Pamuji Raharja, Head\nof the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Immigration for DK\nJakarta, on Thursday. Pamuji stated that the socialisation also\nreinforces understanding of coordination mechanisms and the submission\nof data requirements between agencies in accordance with applicable\nregulations. He stressed the importance of accurate, integrated, and\naccountable data in supporting the implementation of each agency\u2019s\nduties. \u201cCross-agency collaboration is expected to create a more\neffective, efficient, and targeted exchange of information while still\npaying attention to aspects of security and data protection,\u201d he said.\nMeanwhile, Imam Setiawan, Head of the Class I TPI Tanjung Priok\nImmigration Office, said that cross-agency synergy is an important part\nof improving the quality of immigration service delivery. According to\nhim, through continuous communication and coordination, information\nneeds can be followed up more quickly and optimally. \u201cThis activity is a\nconcrete step to strengthen synergy between agencies through the\nutilisation of immigration data services,\u201d said Imam. His office is\ncommitted to providing professional, transparent, and community-oriented\nservices to support the implementation of partner agencies\u2019 duties.
