The three foreign nationals, identified by the initials\nYJ, CN, and LJ, entered Indonesia using Pre-Investment Visit Visas\n(index C12) and Business Visas (index C1 &amp; C2) acquired through data\nmanipulation and false statements. They were officially repatriated via\nJuanda International Airport on a China Southern Airlines flight CZ8138,\nroute Surabaya (SUB) \u2013 Guangzhou (CAN), departing at 08.00 WIB and\narriving in Guangzhou at 14.05 local time, according to Agus Winarto,\nHead of the Surabaya Class I Special Immigration Office, in a statement\nreleased in Jakarta on Friday. In addition to deportation, the three\nhave been sanctioned with a five-year entry ban (blacklist) from\nIndonesia. Agus explained that the manipulation was uncovered when\nofficers became suspicious of their immigration documents. The three\nentered Indonesia using single-entry visit visas intended for foreign\nnationals wishing to prepare for business in Indonesia, namely the\nPre-Investment Visit Visa (index C12) and Business Visas (index C1 &amp;\nC2). However, immigration officers found that the visas were obtained by\nsubmitting letters, data, and guarantor information that were false or\nmanipulated. \u201cThe document irregularities were initially detected\nthrough the immigration system, which showed discrepancies between the\nguarantor registered in the system and the documents used for their visa\napplications,\u201d he revealed. Furthermore, officers discovered that the\napplication files belonging to YJ and CN contained identical revenue\nstamp serial numbers (duplicate stamps), indicating systematic document\nfabrication. \u201cThe three of them never actually planned to invest or\nconduct business activities in Indonesia,\u201d Agus stated. Immigration\nofficers took firm action after the three met the elements of violating\nimmigration regulations by deporting and blacklisting them. Agus said\nthe entire escort, immigration inspection, and departure process was\nsafe, orderly, and smooth under the supervision of Surabaya Class I\nSpecial Immigration Office officers.
