Illegal joint ads<\/p>\n
We have learnt that PT Dayacipta Megakreasi, Jl. Mampang
\nPrapatan X No. 37 B, Jakarta 2790, has sent a proposal to
\nGaruda's working partners on the publication of a joint
\nadvertisement to congratulate Garuda for The Best in Achieving
\nTotal Customer Satisfaction award that it received from Frontier,
\na marketing research consultant, and SWA magazine on Sept. 8,
\n2000. In connection with this, we would like to state that Garuda
\nhas never appointed a single company, including PT Dayacipta
\nMegakreasi, located at Jl. Mampang Prapatan X No. 37, Jakarta
\n12790, to coordinate the publication of such a joint
\nadvertisement.<\/p>\n
We deem it necessary to clarify this matter as Garuda has been
\nreceiving a lot of queries from its working partners, inquiring
\nwhether or not it is true that PT Dayacipta Megakreasi has been
\nappointed to make a proposal on the joint advertisement.<\/p>\n
In the context of the receipt of \"The Best in Achieving Total
\nCustomer Satisfaction\", Garuda has made an announcement about
\nthis which it financed by itself without involving its working
\npartners or other companies. This announcement was published in a
\nnumber of national mass media publications on Sept. 9, 2000.<\/p>\n
As Garuda has never appointed any companies, including PT
\nDayacipta Megakreasi, to coordinate a joint congratulatory
\nadvertisement, we now wish to suggest to all our working partners
\nand other companies that they should not participate in this
\nactivity.<\/p>\n
