Illegal fund raising<\/p>\n
We have recently received some complaints from a number of
\nstate enterprises and other private companies about illegal fund
\nraising. Certain parties claiming to represent the deputy of
\nlogistics affairs and tourism Mr. Ferdinand Nainggolan and other
\nsenior officials of state enterprises, have been asking for
\ndonations. The money is requested to be transferred to their
\nprivate bank accounts to be used for the flood monitoring posts
\nof the Office of the State Ministry of State Enterprises.<\/p>\n
We call on all state enterprises and private companies not to
\nheed their demand and immediately report these irresponsible
\nparties to the police for further legal action.<\/p>\n
The Office of the State Ministry of State Enterprises will
\nonly receive contributions that are personally sent to the Office
\nof the State Ministry at Gedung Keuangan Baru, 10th Floor, Jl.
\nDr. Wahidin No.2, Jakarta. Furthermore, it is the Office of the
\nState Ministry's flood monitoring post that will directly channel
\npublic donations to other flood monitoring posts in need.<\/p>\n
