The Illegal Financial Activities Eradication Task Force (Satgas\nPASTI) has halted the activities of YWWSDC and RTHAE. Both are suspected\nof offering illegal cryptocurrency and digital financial asset\ninvestments.<\/p>\n
The shutdown was carried out after Satgas PASTI discovered several\nindications of violations. Notably, both entities did not possess\npermits from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) to operate as\nDigital Financial Asset Traders (PAKD).<\/p>\n
The Secretariat of Satgas PASTI, Hudiyanto, stated that the task\nforce also identified several other issues regarding the activities of\nthese two entities.<\/p>\n
\u201cSatgas PASTI has halted the activities of YWWSDC and RTHAE and has\nblocked access to the related applications and\/or URLs,\u201d Hudiyanto said\nin an official statement on Monday (31\/8\/2026).<\/p>\n
YWWSDC Claims US Licensing<\/strong><\/p>\n YWWSDC claims to be part of the YWWSDC Group US Ltd, a company said\nto be licensed in Colorado, United States. This entity offers investment\nschemes for cryptocurrency trading and the purchase of digital financial\nasset tokens through the YWWSDC platform.<\/p>\n However, the results of clarification and verification by Satgas\nPASTI show that YWWSDC does not hold an OJK permit as a Digital\nFinancial Asset Trader. Its business activities were also deemed\ninconsistent with the permits issued by the Ministry of Investment and\nDownstreaming\/BKPM.<\/p>\n Furthermore, the applications and\/or websites used by YWWSDC are not\nregistered as Electronic System Providers (PSE) with the Ministry of\nCommunication and Digital. Satgas PASTI also found indications of\nchanges to URLs using different names but with similar appearances,\nwhich are suspected to be linked to YWWSCD.<\/p>\n RTHAE Offers Investments and Tokens<\/strong><\/p>\n Meanwhile, RTHAE offers cryptocurrency and digital financial asset\ninvestments through the Retail Trader Hosted Automates Engine (RTHAE)\nplatform. This includes initial token offerings claimed to be listed on\nthe RTHAE exchange. Investors were even promised that deposited funds\nwould be returned if the token failed to list.<\/p>\n However, Satgas PASTI found that RTHAE has no legal entity in\nIndonesia and does not hold an OJK permit as a Digital Financial Asset\nTrader. Its business activities are also reported to be inconsistent\nwith the permits issued by the Ministry of Investment and\nDownstreaming\/BKPM. The RTHAE applications and\/or websites are also not\nregistered as PSE with the Ministry of Communication and Digital.<\/p>\n Task Force Coordinates with Law Enforcement<\/strong><\/p>\n Following the cessation of activities for both entities, Satgas PASTI\nhas blocked access to the related applications and\/or URLs. The Task\nForce will also coordinate with law enforcement agencies for further\nlegal action.<\/p>\n Members of the public who feel aggrieved are urged to report\nimmediately to local law enforcement to ensure swift handling. Hudiyanto\nwarned the public not to be easily enticed by investment offers\npromising high and illogical returns, especially those claiming to\nrepresent foreign companies or stating they are in the process of\nobtaining OJK permits.<\/p>\n The public is advised to verify the legality of any investment\nprovider before committing funds and to understand the characteristics,\nbenefits, and risks of the products offered. If indications of illegal\ninvestment or financial activities are found, the public can report via\nthe OJK SIPASTI website, OJK Contact 157, WhatsApp 081157157157, or\nemail [email protected]. Victims of financial transaction fraud can\nreport through the Indonesia Anti-Scam Centre (IASC) to support efforts\nfor the rapid blocking of perpetrators\u2019 accounts.<\/p>",
