NUSANTARA \u2014 Investment flows into the Nusantara Capital (IKN)\ncontinue to surge. The IKN Authority signed Cooperation Agreements (PKS)\nwith two pioneering business actors, with a total investment value\nreaching Rp1.2 trillion.<\/p>\n
The signing took place at the IKN Authority Office on Thursday\n(30\/4\/2026), led directly by the Head of the IKN Authority, Basuki\nHadimuljono.<\/p>\n
The two companies investing are PT Dian Jaya Indonesia and PT Biru\nMakmur Abadi.<\/p>\n
PT Dian Jaya Indonesia, a subsidiary of South Korea\u2019s Dian\nDevelopment Co., Ltd, will develop an apartment and hotel project in the\nKIPP Sub WP 1B area, specifically in the Education Precinct with a\nhigh-density mixed sub-zone.<\/p>\n
The project is planned to begin construction in the fourth quarter of\n2026 on a plot of approximately 33,201 square metres, with an investment\nvalue of Rp1.15 trillion.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, PT Biru Makmur Abadi will build a sports centre facility\nand restaurant in the KIPP 1C area, located near the Taruna Nusantara\nHigh School complex and Gunadarma University.<\/p>\n
Construction of the project is scheduled to start in the fourth\nquarter of 2026 on a 16,387 square metre plot, with an investment value\nof around Rp50 billion.<\/p>\n
Overall, the PKS signing records an estimated total investment of\nRp1.2 trillion, with contributions to be paid amounting to more than\nRp3.92 billion.<\/p>\n
Head of the IKN Authority, Basuki Hadimuljono, stated that the\npresence of this new investment will strengthen the ecosystem in the IKN\narea as a new, lively, and productive city.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe presence of these apartment, hotel, sports centre, and\nrestaurant projects not only adds to the variety of urban facilities in\nIKN but also strengthens the area ecosystem to be increasingly ready as\na lively, productive, and inclusive city,\u201d said Basuki.<\/p>\n
Deputy Director of PT Dian Jaya Indonesia, Cheong Seung Hwa,\nexpressed optimism about the future development prospects of IKN.<\/p>\n
According to him, the modern smart city concept promoted by the\ngovernment is the main attraction for foreign investors.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are interested in investing in IKN because this area is designed\nas a modern smart city with regulatory certainty, fiscal incentives, and\nsignificant potential for property and business value growth in the\nfuture,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n
The same sentiment was expressed by Director of PT Biru Makmur Abadi,\nAbdul Rohman, who views IKN as a strategic long-term investment\nopportunity.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe see IKN as a strategic long-term investment opportunity. The\nsmart and green city concept promoted by the government is very relevant\nto global trends,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
The cooperation signing is said to be evidence of increasing investor\nconfidence in IKN as a new economic growth centre in Indonesia.<\/p>\n
Previously, the IKN Authority also signed several PKS agreements with\npure private investors in Jakarta on 27 April 2026.
