        "content": "<p>Our long-term collaboration with Arkora Hydro demonstrates how\nstrategic financing can accelerate the development of renewable energy\nprojects.<\/p>\n<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) \u2013 Financing institution PT Indonesia Infrastructure\nFinance (IIF) has provided a guarantee facility to PT Arkora Hydro Tbk\nto support renewable energy financing through the issuance of\nSharia-compliant Sukuk bonds.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis partnership reflects IIF\u2019s commitment to advancing Indonesia\u2019s\nenergy transition through credible green financing instruments,\u201d said\nIIF President Director Rizki Pribadi Hasan in a statement received in\nJakarta on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>The support is provided via a Guarantee Facility Agreement between\nIIF and Arkora Hydro for the latter\u2019s 2026 Environmentally Sustainable\nIjarah Sukuk issuance.<\/p>\n<p>Under the agreement, IIF has provided a guarantee facility of up to\nRp645 billion to strengthen the sukuk\u2019s credit profile and boost\ninvestor confidence in Indonesia\u2019s green financing instruments.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur long-term collaboration with Arkora Hydro demonstrates how\nstrategic financing can accelerate renewable energy project\ndevelopment,\u201d Rizki said.<\/p>\n<p>IIF, a financing institution owned by PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur\n(SMI) (Persero), the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and other entities,\nhas collaborated with Arkora Hydro since 2019 on financing several\nhydropower projects in Indonesia, including the company\u2019s green bond\nissuance in 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The collaboration aims to support the development of domestic\nrenewable energy assets.<\/p>\n<p>Rizki explained that as an infrastructure development catalyst, IIF\nworks complementarily with the financial industry to expand financing\nacross various infrastructure sectors.<\/p>\n<p>In early 2026, IIF has disbursed financing for health and port\nprojects. Currently, he said, IIF\u2019s transaction pipeline also includes\ntelecommunications and digital infrastructure sectors.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIIF also supports the growth and deepening of Indonesia\u2019s capital\nmarket by enabling credible and bankable projects to access broader\nfunding sources,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Through the collaboration with Arkora, Rizki explained that IIF aims\nto strengthen partnerships in renewable energy financing and encourage\ngreater financial market participation in Indonesia\u2019s sustainable\ninfrastructure agenda.<\/p>",
