        "content": "<p>The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) recorded the Composite Stock Price\nIndex (IHSG) declining 5.91 percent during the period of 9-13 March\n2026. The IHSG closed at the level of 7,137 on Friday, 13 March 2026.\nThis position weakened compared to the previous week which closed at the\nlevel of 7,585.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn turn, changes were also experienced by the BEI market\ncapitalisation, which decreased by 6.96 percent to Rp 12.678 trillion\nfrom Rp 13.627 trillion in the previous week,\u201d said BEI Corporate\nSecretary Kautsar Primadi Nurahmad in an official statement, quoted on\nSunday, 15 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The average daily transaction volume of the exchange also declined\n25.49 percent to 31.55 billion shares from 42.34 billion shares in the\nprevious week. Meanwhile, the average daily transaction value fell by\n31.10 percent to Rp 17.20 trillion from Rp 24.97 trillion in the\nprevious week.<\/p>\n<p>Foreign investors on Friday, 13 March 2026 recorded a net selling\nvalue of Rp 117.17 billion.
