        "content": "<p>The Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG) ended Friday\u2019s trading session in\npositive territory, rising 2.07% to 6,007.66. The index\u2019s gain was\nsupported by shares of PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMN), PT\nBank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA), and PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA),\nwhile the biggest drags came from PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI), PT\nSejahteraraya Anugrahjaya Tbk (SRAJ), and PT MPRO Tbk (MPRO).<\/p>\n<p>Foreign investors recorded a net inflow of Rp287.36 billion in the\nregular market and Rp287.77 billion across all markets. Sectorally, 10\nof 11 sectors closed higher, with the basic materials sector leading\ngains at 4.85%, while the healthcare sector was the sole decliner,\nslipping 0.58%.<\/p>\n<p>On the global front, major Wall Street indices also ended in positive\nterritory. The Dow Jones rose 0.70% to 51,202, the S&amp;P 500 gained\n0.50% to 7,431, and the Nasdaq added 0.31% to 25,888.<\/p>\n<p>Market participants are expected to continue monitoring the rupiah\nexchange rate and foreign capital flows, following the return of net\nforeign inflows in the latest session. Investor attention is also\nfocused on the upcoming Bank Indonesia Board of Governors meeting,\nscheduled for 18 June. Market sentiment was reflected in the\nstrengthening of the EIDO ETF by 1.82% and the MSCI Indonesia index by\n0.88%.<\/p>\n<p>On the corporate front, PT Niramas Utama Tbk (JELI), a dessert\nproducer under the INACO brand, commenced its book-building period on\n15-22 June 2026 and is targeting a listing on the Indonesia Stock\nExchange on 7 July 2026. The company aims to raise up to Rp392 billion,\nwith an offering price range of Rp900-Rp1,120 per share. PT Niramas\nUtama International currently holds 99.80% of JELI\u2019s shares. Proceeds\nfrom the initial public offering will be allocated as follows: 51.04%\nfor capital injection into PT Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera (NPS), 18.36%\nfor machinery purchases, 10.63% to repay short-term debt, and 19.97% for\nworking capital.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) announced a\nshare buyback plan with a maximum value of Rp500 billion, funded\nentirely from internal cash reserves. BBRI\u2019s cash position in the first\nquarter of 2026 was recorded at Rp33.06 trillion, up from Rp32.04\ntrillion at the end of 2025. If the corporate action is fully realised,\ntotal assets are estimated to become Rp2,249.33 trillion from Rp2,249.83\ntrillion, while equity is projected to be Rp344.56 trillion from\nRp345.06 trillion. Based on proforma consolidated financial statements\nas of 31 March 2026, the capital adequacy ratio (CAR) is expected to\nremain at 22.86%, with a return on equity (ROE) of 18.37%. The\nrepurchased shares will be transferred through an employee, director,\nand commissioner share ownership programme after obtaining shareholder\napproval. The buyback is scheduled to run from 12 June to 11 September\n2026, in accordance with OJK Regulation No.\u00a013 of 2023 and OJK Letter\nNo.\u00a0S-10\/D.04\/2026.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN) has decided to distribute\na cash dividend for the 2025 financial year amounting to US$500 million,\nor US$0.015 per share, based on the decision of the Annual General\nMeeting of Shareholders held on 10 June 2026. This represents a dividend\npayout ratio of 65.11% of net profit attributable to owners of the\nparent entity. With BYAN\u2019s share price at Rp9,700 at the close of\ntrading on 12 June, the potential dividend yield is approximately 2.77%,\nbased on the Bank Indonesia JISDOR exchange rate of Rp17,921 per US\ndollar.
