        "content": "<p>The Indonesia Composite Index (IHSG) remained weak this morning.\nAccording to Stockbit data at approximately 09:22 WIB, the IHSG stood at\nthe 6,031.52 level, down 116.34 points or 1.89%.<\/p>\n<p>The IHSG opened at 6,118.81, lower than yesterday\u2019s close, and faced\nimmediate pressure within the first few minutes. The index briefly\ntouched a daily high of 6,126.62 but was unable to sustain its position\nin that zone. Between 09:05 and 09:10 WIB, the IHSG attempted a rebound\ntowards the 6,100 range, narrowing the decline to approximately 0.73 per\ncent. However, this recovery did not persist.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of trading activity, transactions were recorded as quite\nactive. Trading volume reached 92.07 million lots with a transaction\nvalue of approximately Rp 2,305.41 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Rupiah exchange rate remained under pressure against\nthe US Dollar at the start of trading on Tuesday (29\/09\/2026). The\n\u2018Garuda\u2019 currency continued the sharp depreciation that occurred the\nprevious day.<\/p>\n<p>Referring to Refinitiv data, the Rupiah began today\u2019s trading with a\nslight decline of 0.03% to the position of Rp 17,970\/US<span class=\"math inline\">,\u2006<em>m<\/em><em>o<\/em><em>v<\/em><em>i<\/em><em>n<\/em><em>g<\/em><em>c<\/em><em>l<\/em><em>o<\/em><em>s<\/em><em>e<\/em><em>r<\/em><em>t<\/em><em>o<\/em><em>i<\/em><em>t<\/em><em>s<\/em><em>p<\/em><em>s<\/em><em>y<\/em><em>c<\/em><em>h<\/em><em>o<\/em><em>l<\/em><em>o<\/em><em>g<\/em><em>i<\/em><em>c<\/em><em>a<\/em><em>l<\/em><em>l<\/em><em>e<\/em><em>v<\/em><em>e<\/em><em>l<\/em><em>o<\/em><em>f<\/em><em>R<\/em><em>p<\/em>18,\u2006000\/<em>U<\/em><em>S<\/em><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>This weakness follows the movement on Monday (28\/09\/2026), when the\nRupiah depreciated by 0.48% and ended trading at the level of Rp\n17,965\/US$.<\/p>\n<p>As for the US Dollar Index (DXY), which measures the strength of the\ngreenback against six major world currencies, at 09:00 WIB it was\nobserved to have strengthened slightly by 0.01% to the position of\n101.209.<\/p>\n<p>This strengthening continues the DXY increase of 0.22% recorded at\nthe close of the previous trading session.<\/p>",
