"summary": "The Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange closed lower on Monday, falling 63.78 points or 0.92% to 6,905.62, despite a limited rebound following the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources' decision to postpone the implementation of mining commodity royalty tariffs for copper, tin, nickel, gold, and silver to devise a more optimal and fair formula. Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa confirmed that the royalty tariff adjustments will take effect in early June 2026, accompanied by a Presidential Regulation, while a weakening rupiah above Rp 17,400 per US dollar and broader Asian market declines amid rising oil prices due to US-Iran tensions contributed to the negative sentiment, with Phintraco projecting further weakness testing support levels at 6,750-6,850. Trading activity saw 263 stocks rising, 463 falling, and 233 unchanged, with only the infrastructure sector posting gains of 1.52%, while most other sectors declined.",
