        "content": "<p>Jakarta - Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) President Director Jeffrey\nHendrik has confirmed that the exchange will continue to communicate\nwith MSCI Inc., after the global index provider announced its latest\nindex review for the August 2026 period. \u201cOur communication with MSCI\nwill certainly continue,\u201d Jeffrey told the media in Jakarta on Thursday.\nHe also assured that communication would be maintained with market\nparticipants and investors at the global level, as an effort to preserve\nand enhance their confidence in the Indonesian capital market.\n\u201cLikewise, communication with global investors,\u201d Jeffrey said. As with\nprevious index reviews, he believes that MSCI uses public information\ndisclosures that have been submitted by the IDX, such as High\nShareholding Concentration (HSC) and share ownership above 1 percent.\n\u201cThis rebalancing is carried out periodically by MSCI. And like the\nprevious rebalancing process, MSCI also uses public information\ndisclosures submitted by the IDX, such as HSC and 1 percent share\nownership,\u201d Jeffrey stated. On Thursday morning, MSCI Inc.\u00a0announced the\nMSCI Equity Indexes August 2026 Index Review, with all changes to be\nimplemented as of the close of trading on 31 August 2026, and effective\non 1 September 2026.
