The rector of State Islamic University (UIN) Alauddin\nMakassar, Professor H. Hamdan Juhannis, delivered a sermon titled\n\u2018Strengthening the Spirit of Sacrifice: Caring for Environment and\nHumanity\u2019. The solemn and orderly prayer service was attended by Vice\nPresident Gibran Rakabuming Raka, cabinet ministers, and thousands of\nMuslims under tight security. Alongside Gibran, senior government\nofficials including Coordinating Minister for Food Affairs Zulkifli\nHasan, Social Affairs Minister Saifullah Yusuf, and Religious Affairs\nMinister Nasaruddin Umar were present in the front rows. The event was\nalso attended by foreign dignitaries, including Palestine\u2019s Ambassador\nto Indonesia, Abdulfattah A.K. Al-Sattiri.
