"summary": "Bogor Regency has climbed to third place among the most advanced regencies in West Java according to the 2025 Regional Competitiveness Index (IDSD) released by the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), up from fourth in 2024 with an improved score of 3.94. This achievement reflects consistent progress driven by aligned development planning, focusing on infrastructure acceleration, human resource quality enhancement, and economic investment growth, bolstered by its strategic position as a buffer to the capital and part of the Jabodetabek metropolitan area. Despite these gains, challenges persist in improving human resources and ensuring equitable development across regions, while efforts continue in digitalising bureaucracy and advancing key sectors like industry, modern agriculture, and tourism.",
"content": "<p>Bogor Regency (ANTARA) - Bogor Regency has entered the top three most\nadvanced regencies in West Java based on the 2025 Regional\nCompetitiveness Index (IDSD) released by the National Research and\nInnovation Agency (BRIN). The Head of the Regional Research and\nInnovation Agency (Bapperida) of Bogor Regency, Bambam Setia Aji, in\nCibinong on Friday, stated that this achievement is the result of\ndevelopment planning aligned with the direction of local government\npolicies. Bogor Regency occupies third place with a score of 3.94, an\nincrease from 2024 when it was in fourth position with a score of 3.81.\nThis achievement demonstrates consistent improvement in regional\ncompetitiveness. Bogor Regency also recorded positive performance at the\nJava regional level, occupying fourth place among the most advanced\nregions with a score of 89.940. This ranking improvement is considered\ninseparable from the direction of regional development policies that\nfocus on accelerating infrastructure development, improving the quality\nof human resources, and strengthening investment and economic growth. In\naddition, Bogor Regency\u2019s position as a strategic buffer area for the\ncapital and part of the Jabodetabek metropolitan area further\nstrengthens its investment appeal and economic activities. The Bogor\nRegency Government is also continuing to promote bureaucracy\ndigitalisation through strengthening the Electronic-Based Government\nSystem (SPBE), as well as developing leading sectors such as industry,\nmodern agriculture, and tourism. Nevertheless, the Bogor Regency\nGovernment still faces several challenges, including improving the\nquality of human resources and equitable development across regions.<\/p>",
