        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Indonesia Development Monitoring (IDM) survey\nshows that the level of public satisfaction with President Prabowo\nSubianto\u2019s performance during the first semester of 2026 reached 81.5\nper cent.<\/p>\n<p>IDM Executive Director Dedy Rohman stated that this high level of\nsatisfaction is influenced by public assessments of the government\u2019s\ncommitment to strengthening law enforcement, maintaining economic\nstability amidst global uncertainty, and implementing priority\nprogrammes whose benefits are beginning to be felt by the community.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe public sees President Prabowo\u2019s commitment to strengthening law\nenforcement, maintaining economic stability amidst global uncertainty,\nand executing priority programmes that are starting to benefit the\npeople,\u201d Dedy said in a statement in Jakarta on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>IDM noted that 86.7 per cent of respondents expressed satisfaction\nwith the government\u2019s steps in law enforcement, particularly the\nhandling of alleged corruption in several priority programmes such as\nthe Free Nutritious Meal (MBG), the Red and White Village Cooperative\n(KDMP), People\u2019s Schools, and social assistance.<\/p>\n<p>In the economic sector, 65.3 per cent of respondents assessed that\nthe government has successfully maintained national stability, while\n61.4 per cent described the current economic condition as average, 10.1\nper cent rated it as good or very good, and 27.2 per cent rated it as\npoor or very poor.<\/p>\n<p>The survey also showed public support for several of the government\u2019s\npriority programmes. The People\u2019s School programme received the highest\napproval rating at 85.6 per cent, followed by social assistance at 81.2\nper cent, the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) at 68.4 per cent, and the Red\nand White Village Cooperative at 53.5 per cent.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, 75.3 per cent of respondents stated they liked the\nPresident\u2019s communication pattern with the public, although IDM noted\nthat the government\u2019s communication aspects still need to be\nstrengthened to ensure policy delivery becomes more effective.<\/p>\n<p>The IDM survey was conducted from 11-20 July 2026, involving 1,640\nrespondents across all provinces using a multi-stage random sampling\nmethod and face-to-face interviews verified digitally. The survey has a\nconfidence level of 95 per cent with a margin of error of approximately\n\u00b1 2.37 per cent.<\/p>",
