        "content": "<p>IDB helps Indonesia<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): The Islamic Development Bank will give Indonesia<br>\na US$120 million soft loan to support the procurement of<br>\nfertilizer for farmers.<\/p>\n<p>Head of the Agribusiness Agency at the Ministry of Agriculture<br>\nAto Suprapto said the funds would be extended to state-owned<br>\nfertilizer companies PT Petrokimia Gresik and PT Pupuk Sriwijaya.<\/p>\n<p>\"Petrokimia will use the fund to import superphospate<br>\nfertilizers, SP-36 and rock phosphate direct application, while<br>\nPusri will use the fund to import KCl (Potassium chloride) and<br>\nTSP (Trisuperphospate),\" Ato said.<\/p>\n<p>He said the soft loan would carry an interest rate of four<br>\npercent per annum, below the London Inter-Bank Offered Rates<br>\n(Libor), and would have a grace period of 10 years.
