        "content": "<p>ICON+ to issue Islamic bonds<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA: PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) will issue up to Rp<br>\n100 billion (US$10.2 million) in Islamic bonds in September to<br>\nexpand its telecommunications network.<\/p>\n<p>The company, which is a unit of state-run electricity company<br>\nPT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN), said on Friday that it has<br>\nnamed PT Andalan Artha Advisindo as the lead arranger for the<br>\nissue of the five-year notes.<\/p>\n<p>The company has not decided the returns for the bonds yet.<\/p>\n<p>Islamic bonds are structured based on religious principles.
