        "content": "<p>IBRA bankruptcy suit rejected<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (AFX-ASIA): The Jakarta Commercial Court has rejected<br>\na bankruptcy suit filed by the Indonesian Bank Restructuring<br>\nAgency (IBRA) against Dharmala Group affiliate PT Muara Alas<br>\nPrima, judge Erwin Mangatas Malau said.<\/p>\n<p>Malau, who presided over the three-member panel of judges<br>\nwhich heard the case, said Muara Alas dissolved itself as a<br>\nbusiness entity in July and that the liquidation of the company's<br>\nassets is ongoing.<\/p>\n<p>\"The company cannot be (sued) for bankruptcy,\" Malau said,<br>\nadding that the company's self-bankruptcy application has been<br>\nregistered with the government and announced through the media.<\/p>\n<p>The independent ad hoc judge on the panel, Elijana, dissented<br>\nfrom the opinion of the panel, saying that IBRA may still file a<br>\nbankruptcy suit as the liquidation process is not yet complete.<\/p>\n<p>The ruling of the panel still stands.<\/p>",
