He\nemphasised that village infrastructure development is not just about\nroad construction projects, but a long-term investment to improve the\nquality of life for communities.<\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that Ibas returned to his constituency in Pacitan\nto inaugurate the connecting road infrastructure between Ngile Village\nand Bubakan Village through the Regional Social Economic Infrastructure\nDevelopment Programme (PISEW).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cProgrammes like this are certainly needed for all regions across our\nnation. This infrastructure programme is vital as it connects villages\nand provides broad benefits, not only for transportation but also for\neducation, health, agriculture, trade, and more,\u201d said Ibas in his\nstatement on Thursday (7\/5\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Ibas made this remark during the inauguration event themed \u2018PISEW\nProgramme Connects Villages, Empowers Economy, Ensures Prosperity for\nthe People\u2019, held on Tuesday (5\/7).<\/p>\n<p>Ibas assessed that village development must deliver tangible benefits\ndirectly felt by the community, from easier access to education and\nfaster health services to a more dynamic village economy.<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, Ibas also reminded that national budget constraints\nmust be addressed wisely. Therefore, he believes that development\nprogrammes like PISEW must be sustained and utilised as effectively as\npossible.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cProgrammes like this are never sufficient, but with the limited\nnational budget, we can certainly make the most of it,\u201d he\ncontinued.<\/p>\n<p>Not only focusing on construction, Ibas also placed great emphasis on\nmaintaining the built infrastructure to ensure its benefits are felt in\nthe long term by the community.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMaintained and preserved so that damaged roads that have not yet\nbeen repaired can be addressed in the future,\u201d he asserted.<\/p>\n<p>The inauguration atmosphere was warm and familial. Villagers appeared\nenthusiastic in welcoming the direct presence of their representative,\nwho has been consistently advocating for development in Pacitan. For the\nvillage community, Ibas\u2019s arrival is not just a show of attention but\nproof that the region remains an important priority in ongoing\nstruggles.<\/p>\n<p>On the same occasion, Ibas also appreciated the community spirit of\ngotong royong that contributed to the success of the village\ninfrastructure development.
