        "content": "<p>Hyundai has launched the Premium Courtesy Car Program in Indonesia,\noffering customers the opportunity to borrow a car from the dealer while\ntheir vehicle is being repaired at an official Hyundai workshop.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Operating Officer of PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia, Fransiscus\nSoerjopranoto, stated that this after-sales service provides flexibility\nin customer mobility for daily activities. \u201cBy providing models like the\nHyundai Ioniq 5, we are not only offering practical convenience but also\nopening opportunities for more customers to experience driving a Hyundai\nelectric vehicle,\u201d he said at the programme launch event at Hyundai\u2019s\noffice in Jakarta on 16 April 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Hyundai has prepared 250 units of the Ioniq 5 vehicle from a number\nof dealer networks across Indonesia. However, it is currently\nprioritised for the Java region. Customers who own Hyundai vehicles\npowered by electricity, petrol, or diesel can borrow an Ioniq 5 unit\nwhile it is available.<\/p>\n<p>The borrowing requirements are that the owned Hyundai vehicle needs\nrepairs for more than 1x24 hours at an official workshop, as well as\nbody repairs with an estimated time of more than 14x24 hours. The\nmaximum borrowing duration is 17 days and can be extended according to\nneeds and dealer approval. However, besides the Ioniq 5, dealers will\nalso offer Creta, Stargazer, or other models depending on\navailability.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo fees are charged to our customers,\u201d Fransiscus added.<\/p>\n<p>This programme is part of the myHyundai Care ecosystem as an\nafter-sales service. The South Korean company also directly provides\nopportunities for customers to consider purchasing Ioniq 5 or other\nproducts during the borrowing period.<\/p>",
