        "content": "<p>The Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) revealed that\nthe husband and the children of Pekalongan Regent Fadia Arafiq (FAR)\nreceived funds from suspected acts of corruption totaling Rp13.7 billion\nduring 2023-2026. FAR received Rp5.5 billion, ASH as the husband of the\nregent Rp1.1 billion, MSA as the regent\u2019s child Rp4.6 billion, and MHN\nas the regent\u2019s child Rp2.5 billion. These individuals are identified as\nMukhtaruddin Ashraff Abu (ASH), a member of the X Commission of the\nHouse of Representatives (DPR RI); Muhammad Sabiq Ashraff (MSA), a\nmember of Pekalongan Regency DPRD; and Mehnaz Na (MHN). The family is\nalso said to have received around Rp5.3 billion, bringing the total\nreceipt to Rp19 billion. However, Rp5.3 billion was later distributed to\nRul Bayatun (RUL), Director of PT Raja Nusantara Berjaya, as a trusted\nperson of Fadia Arafiq, amounting to Rp2.3 billion, with the remaining\nRp3 billion still in cash withdrawals or not yet distributed. On 3 March\n2026, KPK arrested Fadia Arafiq along with aides and trusted associates\nin Semarang, Central Java. Subsequently, KPK announced eleven other\narrests from Pekalongan, Central Java. The string of arrests forms part\nof the seventh OTT operation by KPK in 2026, coinciding with Ramadan.
