        "content": "<p>The Ministry of Law continues its efforts to transform how the public\naccesses legal services. Moving away from the previous requirement for\ncitizens to visit government offices, hundreds of legal administrative\nservices can now be accessed digitally.<\/p>\n<p>This change was introduced directly to the public through the 2026\nImpactful AHU Services Festival in Bandung, West Java. Minister of Law\nSupratman Andi Agtas opened the festival in Bandung on Saturday\n(29\/08\/2026). The event, which runs until Monday (31\/08\/2026), serves as\na direct meeting space between the public and legal administrative\nofficers, while simultaneously introducing the service transformation\nfrom manual to digital systems.<\/p>\n<p>Supratman stated that bureaucracy must not become an obstacle for the\npublic in obtaining public services. The government, he said, must bring\nservices closer to the people, rather than the other way around.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPresident Prabowo Subianto desires that bureaucracy and services\nmust not create distance between the servants and those being served,\u201d\nhe said in a statement in Jakarta on Sunday (30\/08\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>According to Supratman, this festival is an effort by the Ministry to\nproactively reach out to the community. The government should not merely\nprovide services in offices but must ensure that the public understands\nand can access these services easily.<\/p>\n<p>This transformation is marked by the availability of 470 legal\nservices from the Ministry of Law digitally through the PASTI\napplication. With these services, the public no longer needs to visit\nthe Ministry of Law offices in Jakarta or regional offices to obtain\nassistance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLadies and gentlemen do not need to come to the Ministry of Law in\nJakarta or the Ministry of Law in West Java,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The Impactful AHU Services Festival also provides various services in\nperson. The public can obtain information and consult on services\nregarding Sole Proprietorships, apostille and legalisation, notary\nservices, fiduciary, and several other legal services. Education\nregarding criminal services, including Civil Servant Investigators\n(PPNS), clemency, and dactyloscopy, is also provided.<\/p>\n<p>The Director General of General Legal Administration, Widodo, stated\nthat the festival was intentionally designed to be more than just a\nservice exhibition. The public is given space to express their needs as\nwell as the legal issues they face.<\/p>",
