        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - Human Rights Minister Natalius Pigai has requested\nthat the judicial process in the acid attack case against KontraS Deputy\nCoordinator Andrie Yunus be conducted transparently.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe all want it to be opened transparently, carry out the judicial\nprocess objectively and impartially,\u201d Pigai said after a working meeting\nwith Commission XIII of the House of Representatives at the\nparliamentary complex in Senayan, Jakarta, on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>According to Pigai, this stance aligns with the directive from\nPresident Prabowo Subianto, who has called for the case to be thoroughly\ninvestigated.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf the President has stated to investigate thoroughly, that means it\nis an order to all to carry out a legal process that is transparent,\nimpartial, and objective,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe, the government, cannot direct the legal process in any\nparticular direction because we know the principle of trias politica.\nThe executive cannot regulate or direct the judicial process,\u201d he\nstated.<\/p>\n<p>Pigai also invited the public to respect the ongoing legal process\nand to avoid mass judgments or excessive judgments through media\nreporting.<\/p>\n<p>The Military Police have designated four members of the TNI Strategic\nIntelligence Agency as suspects, namely Captain NDP, First Lieutenant\nSL, First Lieutenant BHW, and Second Sergeant ES.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe four perpetrators have been designated as suspects and are\nundergoing detention at the military detention facility,\u201d said TNI\nInformation Centre Head Major General TNI Aulia Dwi Nasrullah in an\nofficial press release received in Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>The four suspects have been detained since 18 March 2026 and are\nstill under the supervision of the Jayakarta Military Regional Command\nMilitary Police. Investigators are also continuing to gather statements\nby examining several witnesses.<\/p>",
