        "content": "<p>JAKARTA - Indonesia\u2019s Minister for Human Rights, Natalius Pigai, has\ndisclosed that 15 people died in an attack that occurred in Kampung\nKembru, Sinak District, Puncak Regency, Central Papua, on 14 April\n2026.<\/p>\n<p>The government is treating this incident with serious attention as it\nis deemed capable of disrupting national stability.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have confirmed 15 people died as a result of the attack in\nKembru,\u201d Pigai stated during a press conference at the Ministry of Human\nRights office in Jakarta on Monday (20\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the Ministry of Human Rights has been closely\nmonitoring the developments of this case by gathering information from\nlocal government sources and various other channels.<\/p>\n<p>He emphasised that the incident must not be left without legal\nclarity, as it could become a \u201ctime bomb\u201d threatening the integrity of\nthe state.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAny event that could trigger the emergence of a time bomb that\nexplodes must not be allowed; the chain must not be silenced, it must be\nopened.
