Changes can now be made\nonline through the Pandawa WhatsApp service. According to the official\nBPJS Kesehatan Instagram account (<span class=\"citation\" data-cites=\"bpjskesehatan_ri\">@bpjskesehatan_ri<\/span>), participants\nsimply fill out a form, upload the required documents, and wait for a\nnotification confirming the changes have been processed. The steps are\nas follows: Chat with Pandawa BPJS Kesehatan on WhatsApp at 08118165165.\nThen, select the Administration menu and click the link provided. Next,\nchoose the Data Change\/Correction menu. Specify the data to be changed,\nsuch as the identity card number (NIK), family card number, name,\naddress, date of birth, mobile phone number, or updates to rank and\nsalary (specifically for civil servants, military, and police\npersonnel). Finally, fill out the form according to the instructions.\nUpload a photo of your identity card (KTP) and family card. For updates\nto rank and salary, you must attach the latest appointment decree and\nthe latest salary slip. Then, click Send. The request will be processed\nimmediately by BPJS Kesehatan officers. Once completed, the applicant\nwill receive a notification indicating the data change was successful.\nThe agency also highlighted the importance of health history screening\nto detect the risk of chronic diseases. Starting 6 March 2026, JKN\nparticipants who have not completed a health history screening in 2026\nwill be asked to fill it out before accessing services at a primary care\nfacility (FKTP).
