        "content": "<p>Two facilitators of the Desa Sejahtera Astra (DSA) programme, Zainul\nArifin and Nur Ahmadi, have received the Satyalancana Kepariwisataan\nhonour from President Prabowo Subianto. Both were recognised for their\ncontributions to developing community-based village tourism\npotential.<\/p>\n<p>Zainul is a DSA facilitator in Ketapanrame, Mojokerto, East Java,\nwhile Nur Ahmadi is a DSA facilitator in Wukirsari, Bantul, Yogyakarta.\nThe award was presented by Minister of Tourism Widiyanti Putri Wardhana\nat the Sapta Pesona Building in Jakarta on Monday (17\/8).<\/p>\n<p>Astra\u2019s Chief of Corporate Affairs Boy Kelana Soebroto said the\ncompany appreciates the recognition received by the two DSA\nfacilitators, who have been mentored by Astra since 2023 and have\ncontributed to providing benefits for the community while strengthening\ncommunity-based tourism development. He described the award as a victory\nfor all village communities who never tire of innovating, and expressed\nhope that it would inspire other villages to continue working and\ngrowing together with Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>In Ketapanrame, Zainul developed village treasury land into the\nflagship tourist destinations Taman Ghanjaran and Sumber Gempong. The\ndevelopment was carried out through multi-stakeholder collaboration and\ncommunity investment managed by the village-owned enterprise (BUMDesa),\nthereby opening economic opportunities for residents while contributing\nto an increase in village original revenue (PADes). Meanwhile in\nWukirsari, Nur Ahmadi developed tourism potential while preserving the\nenvironment and local culture, including through Batik Tulis\nGiriloyo.<\/p>\n<p>These efforts have made Wukirsari increasingly known through tourism\ndevelopment and products based on local culture. The village even won\nThe Best Tourism Village 2024 award from United Nations Tourism, while\nopening economic opportunities for the community.<\/p>\n<p>The work of the two facilitators is part of DSA\u2019s efforts to\nencourage communities to develop local potential so that it provides\nsustainable benefits for villages and their surroundings. The DSA\nprogramme now reaches 1,533 villages in 35 provinces with around 3\nmillion beneficiaries, forming part of Astra\u2019s ongoing social\ncontribution to support the aspiration of shared prosperity with the\nnation.<\/p>",
