        "content": "<p>The Legislative Body (Baleg) of the House of Representatives (DPR)\nhas opened the possibility of regulating royalties for journalistic\nworks in the derivative rules of the Copyright Bill, which is currently\nbeing drafted. Deputy Chairman of the DPR\u2019s Baleg, Martin Manurung,\nadmitted to having received the proposal from the Press Council.\nHowever, in practice, Martin stated that the rules on royalties for\njournalistic works will be stipulated in a ministerial regulation. \u201cOh,\nthe technicalities will be in the ministerial regulation later. The main\npoint is we are opening the door that journalistic works also have\ncopyright,\u201d Martin said at the parliamentary complex on Monday (13\/7).\nAccording to Martin, the discourse on royalties for journalistic works\nwill, in principle, regulate that every journalistic product quoted must\ninclude the media source.
