Dasco\nreferenced data discrepancies encountered when disasters struck Aceh,\nNorth Sumatra, and West Sumatra.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Legislative Agency will also hold public participation for the\ncreation and harmonisation of the Asset Forfeiture Law. Next, the\nUnified Data Law will be discussed promptly,\u201d said Dasco at the\nparliamentary complex in Senayan, Central Jakarta, on Wednesday\n(11\/3\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Dasco alluded to post-disaster experience, when data held by one\nministry differed from that of another ministry. He noted that this\ncaused data inconsistencies in the field.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYes, Unified Data\u2014we have considerable experience from the recent\ndisaster, for example. Data from one ministry to another differs, so in\nthe field there was also desynchronisation when providing assistance to\ndisplaced persons,\u201d Dasco said.<\/p>\n<p>The daily chairman of Gerindra\u2019s executive board cited examples of\ndiscrepancies regarding social welfare and BPJS coverage held by various\nministries. He hopes that with the enactment of the Unified Data\nIndonesia Law, there will no longer be confusion amongst the public.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo we will synchronise into unified data so that in future there is\nno more data confusion that creates poor situations in the field,\u201d he\nsaid.<\/p>",
