        "content": "<p>JAKARTA - House of Representatives Commission III will hold a Public\nOpinion Hearing (RDPU) regarding the case of videographer Amsal Sitepu\non Monday (30\/3\/2026) at 09.00 WIB. Amsal is the defendant in the\nalleged corruption case involving the production of village profile\nvideos in Karo Regency. Habiburokhman explained that Amsal Sitepu, a\nvideographer by profession, is accused of inflating the budget (mark-up)\nfor village promotional video services. The Commission also reminded law\nenforcement authorities that the spirit of the new Criminal Code and\nCode of Criminal Procedure is to deliver substantive justice, not merely\nformalistic justice. \u201cThe priority for eradicating corruption should be\nmaximising the recovery of state financial losses in major cases,\u201d said\nHabiburokhman.
