Commission III of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR\nRI) was present and ensured that every process ran fairly and\ntransparently.<\/p>\n<p>Through Hearing Meetings (RDP) and General Hearing Meetings (RDPU),\nCommission III of DPR RI established several binding conclusions as a\nform of oversight over law enforcement. This commitment is proof that\nDPR RI continues to be present in fighting for justice, overseeing the\nlaw, and following up on public aspirations.<\/p>\n<p>Commission III of DPR RI has requested a comprehensive evaluation of\nthe handling of the case involving Amsal Christy Sitepu by the Karo\nDistrict Prosecutor\u2019s Office. This step is taken as part of the DPR\u2019s\noversight function regarding fair and accountable law enforcement.<\/p>\n<p>The request is one of the conclusions recorded in the agenda of the\nHearing Meeting (RDP) and General Hearing Meeting (RDPU) of Commission\nIII DPR RI with prosecutorial elements and related parties.
