        "content": "<p>Samosir Regency Government, through the Culture and Tourism Office,\nhas once again organised the Horja Bius Mangalat Horbo cultural event\nwith the ritual \u2018PASAHAT HORBO LAE-LAE TU DOLOK PUSUK BUHIT\u2019. This\nsecond event is part of the Horas Samosir Fiesta (HSF) 2026 series held\ntwo days ago at Sosor Village, Aek Sipitudai, in Sianjur Mulamula\nDistrict, Samosir Regency. The two-day event, held from 28 to 29 May\n2026, aimed to express gratitude for natural blessings and seek divine\nprotection. Activities included mangkarihiri (tying buffalo snouts with\nrattan ropes), mass tortor marsiadapari (a traditional communal dance),\nmossak (an ancient Batak martial art), and the Bona Pasogit evening song\nsession featuring local artists. Vice Regent Ariston Tua Sidauruk stated\nthat Samosir Regency Government remains committed to exploring and\npreserving the cultural heritage of the Batak people. \u2018Cultural wealth\nmust not fade. We must continue promoting it through cultural\nattractions enjoyed by Samosir residents and tourists, such as the Horja\nBius ritual event featuring buffalo binding and involving the Raja Bius\nfrom Limbong and Sagala chiefdoms,\u2019 said Ariston in a statement received\non Saturday (30\/5). To celebrate its 22nd anniversary,\nSamosir Regency Government held various events, including a culinary\nfestival and SME exhibition. In the third Universal Health Coverage\n(UHC) award, Samosir Regency achieved 100% participation coverage with\n85% active participation.
