Ltd. said yesterday it<br>\nwould raise motorcycle production in Indonesia and open a second<br>\nproduction plant.<\/p>\n<p>The world's leading motorcycle manufacturer said in a<br>\nstatement it would lift Indonesian production from 550,000 units<br>\nin 1995 to 650,000 this year.<\/p>\n<p>Honda said it would set up a second motorcycle plant in<br>\nIndonesia by redesigning a bicycle production plant at PT Federal<br>\nMotor, which has a technical tie up agreement with the Japanese<br>\ncompany.<\/p>\n<p>The plant would produce 125 cc and 200 cc motorcycles, it<br>\nsaid.<\/p>\n<p>Honda said it was targeting production of two million<br>\nmotorcycles in Indonesia in 2000.<\/p>",
