According
to him, the forum serves as a means for the central government to obtain
direct input from regional governments so that the implementation of
national priority programmes can run more effectively and in accordance
with the conditions of each region. “Regional governments have a
strategic role in optimising local potential to support the success of
various priority programmes of the President implemented across all
regions,” said Yusharto. Besides developing their potential, regions are
also expected to be able to capture various new opportunities that can
be utilised to drive development and improve community welfare. “Regions
are expected to be able to develop their potential and capture new
opportunities to drive development. Regional creativity and innovation
are key to strengthening the implementation of the President’s priority
programmes,” Yusharto stated. Acting Regional Secretary of South
Kalimantan Province, Subhan Noor Yaumil, said the forum was an
opportunity for regional governments to convey progress and challenges
faced in implementing the President’s priority programmes. The South
Kalimantan Provincial Government expressed its support for the
implementation of the Forum Daerah Bersuara as a platform to strengthen
coordination and collaboration between the central government and
regional governments in overseeing the implementation of national
priority programmes. “We hope that the increasingly strong synergy
through this forum can support the implementation of the President’s 10
priority programmes more effectively, on target, and provide real
benefits to the community,” said Subhan.
",
