Hoarding suspect backed by marine<\/p>\n
JAKARTA: The principal suspect in the fuel hoarding incident
\nin Ciracas is believed to have been backed up by marine officers,
\nauthorities said on Tuesday.<\/p>\n
A city police spokesman, Sr. Com Anton Bachrul Alam, said that
\nat the location of the raid, pictures were found of P. Passaribu,
\nthe prime suspect who remains at large, wearing a marine uniform
\nand posing with a marine officer.<\/p>\n
Anton added that city police will cooperate with military
\npolice to hunt down the suspect along with the man who, they
\nsaid, apparently backed up the hoarding episode.<\/p>\n
Currently, the police have detained 11 suspects in the 300-
\nton fuel hoarding. However, P. Passaribu managed to escape during
\nMonday's raid.<\/p>\n
Anton said that, further, 100 police officers from the city
\npolice headquarters had been deployed to locate other hoarding
\nspots that have been mushrooming along the Jakarta's seashores,
\nBekasi and Tangerang.<\/p>\n
On Monday, police confiscated 300 tons of fuel, comprising of
\nkerosene and diesel fuel, which were hoarded in a house in Jl.
\nPengantin Ali, Ciracas, East Jakarta. --JP<\/p>",
