        "content": "<p>High-ranking officials<br>\ndrive Harleys illegally<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): Former governor Wiyogo Atmodarminto and 10 high <br>\nranking city officials have been using Harley Davidson motorbikes <br>\nbelonging to the government for private use without proper <br>\nprocedures, a source said.<\/p>\n<p>The motorbikes were formerly used for guarding presidents and <br>\nprime ministers during the 1992 Non-Aligned Movement Summit in <br>\nthe capital.
