        "content": "<p>Heroin users and dealer arrested<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): Four drug users and a dealer were arrested<br>\nin a hotel and in a house in Tebet, South Jakarta, for illegally<br>\npossessing and dealing heroin, police said.<\/p>\n<p>City Police Spokesman Lt. Col. E. Aritonang said yesterday the<br>\nfour drug users were arrested Friday night at the Sofyan Hotel on<br>\nJl. DR. Soepomo, South Jakarta, following a report made by a<br>\nperson there.<\/p>\n<p>\"Two of the four men were university students, identified as<br>\nPS, 27, and RN, 20,\" Aritonang said.<\/p>\n<p>The other two men were identified as RM, 26, and AD, 28.<\/p>\n<p>Aritonang said the four admitted to buying the heroin from a<br>\ndealer in Tebet.<\/p>\n<p>The alleged heroin dealer, identified as SDZ, 27, was arrested<br>\na couple of hours later at a house on Jl. Tebet Utara I, South<br>\nJakarta.<\/p>\n<p>Aritonang said 25 grams of heroin were seized from the five<br>\nmen. A gram of heroin has a street value of around Rp 300,000<br>\n(US$122).<\/p>\n<p>Police were still questioning the five men on the possibility<br>\nof their involvement in heroin networks in the city, Aritonang<br>\nsaid.
